- The criteria for “Certified Enterprises of the Customs Administration” (including general criteria and separate criteria of consignees and consignors of imported and exported goods, customs declaration enterprises, and comprehensive foreign trade service enterprises), are issued (NO.177 [2018]) and will come into force on 1st January 2019. They are implemented along with the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Enterprise Credit (Order No. 237, GACC). This will repeal Announcement No. 82 [2014] of the General Administration of Customs.
