- In order to facilitate policies for retail imports in cross-border e-commerce in a healthy environment, a joint announcement was made by the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. This announcement contains the new Cross-Border E-commerce Retail Import List [2018] which will be come into force on 1st January 2019. Meanwhile, the list of previous versions: Announcement on Issuing the List of the Cross-border E-commerce Retail Imports (NO.40 [2016]) and Announcement on Issuing the List of Retail Imports in Cross-Border E-commerce (Second Group) (NO.46 [2016]) will be repealed.
